| Based in the Van Nelle building in Rotterdam, we are a profitable and fast growing internet company specialized in developing and marketing websites. Serving as an intermediary between businesses and their target groups, we generate sales information allowing companies to reach their potential customers. On our websites people can gather quotation requests from our customers for different branches, like painters and moving companies. Our websites are active in 14 different countries.
There are about 60 people working at Tellus with different nationalities. The working environment is informal, dynamic and international where we value working independently within a team. The company language is English.
For our international sales team we are currently looking for a fulltime:
NATIVE GERMAN SALES MANAGER (acquisition)
The position
As part of the sales team, you will be mainly responsible for attracting new customers, using your specific knowledge of the market. You will develop mailings and marketing tools in order to achieve this. The communication with the (potential) customers is by phone and email. You will also maintain/administrate your prospect accounts in the various database systems. Last but not least, through analysis and gathered experience, you will add constructive input into coordinating improvements in your current websites and seeking out opportunities for new websites in your market.
If you
• are a native speaker living in the Netherlands or planning to move to the Netherlands
• have a good knowledge of English
• are a real sales tiger with relevant (phone-) sales experience
• like to work independently within an international team
• are flexible and adapt quickly to new situations
• have sales/commercial experience and are goal oriented
• like to build strong and personalized contacts and are a people person
• like an informal organization with a pleasant working environment
