| Based in the Van Nelle building in Rotterdam, we are a profitable and fast growing internet company specialized in developing and marketing websites. Serving as an intermediary between businesses and their target groups, we generate sales information allowing companies to reach their potential customers. On our websites people can gather quotation requests from our customers for different branches, like painters and moving companies. Our websites are active in 14 different countries.
There are about 60 people working at Tellus with different nationalities. The working environment is informal, dynamic and international where we value working independently within a team. The company language is English.
For our international sales team we are currently looking for a fulltime:
NATIVE FRENCH ACCOUNT MANAGER
The position
As part of the sales team, you will manage your native market/websites. You will work very closely with your colleague who is responsible for the acquisition of new customers. You will be responsible for all sales activities regarding our current customers; develop mailings and marketing tools to increase turnover and market share, and work on improving customer services. As key account manager you will maintain/administrate your customer accounts in the various database systems. Last but not least, through analysis and gathered experience, you will add constructive input into coordinating improvements in your current websites.
If you
• are a native speaker living in the Netherlands or planning to move to the Netherlands
• have a good knowledge of English
• have relevant experience in customer service
• are flexible and adapt quickly to new situations
• have some sales/commercial experience and are goal oriented
• like to build strong and personalized contacts and are a people person
• have a commercial focus
